Standing proud where the pristine waters of Investigator Strait meet the eastern boundary of renowned Dhilba Guuranda – Innes National Park, THE LOOKOUT holds the best position in Marion Bay, with unrestricted sea views of Willyama Beach and sunset views over Snow Lake. On a clear day you can even see Kangaroo Island hovering large as life on the horizon. The kangaroos and emus will wander up into your view nearly every morning or night.<\/p>\n

There are sea views to the south and east and land views to the north and west, including the magnificent Lake Snow. The seabirds fly by at eye level as you watch the rhythm of the waves below.<\/p>\n

THE LOOKOUT has been architecturally designed to take advantage of its unique position, the last house in Marion Bay before the the National Park, with unspoilt views over the water and the park. It is built over two levels and is ideal for one, two or three couples, or you and a few mates or even a family or two.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a couple of fridges, two separate living areas complete with their own showers and toilets. The Lookout is very popular with couples seeking an ocean view romantic getaway.<\/span><\/p>\n

With such a great view from every room, you’ll find it hard to decide where to sleep or where to sit and watch the view while you sip on your favourite drink<\/p>\n

Please note that The Lookout is not a five star luxury resort.<\/p>\n

It does offer the prime location in Marion Bay, right next to\u00a0Dhilba Guuranda – Innes National Park, with uninterrupted views over Willyama Beach, Snow Lake and the National Park.<\/p>\n

We think that is pretty amazing
If you are looking for a place that gets you up close to the wildlife and the views, in what we think are pretty comfortable surroundings, The Lookout is for you.
If you want five star luxury, you may be better off seeking a fancy hotel somewhere else, without the views and without the visiting wildlife.<\/p>\n
